Cloudlands is all about the dreamy vibe. We wanted to encapsulate the feeling of the oniric world into sonic signals. The more we create presets, the more it makes sense to create a pack around a theme rather than a genre, and in this case, we dove deep into the theme of dreams.
Any genre you produce, if you need that dreamy vibe, it’s there, in the Cloudlands.
Like a lot of our products, this bank is made using Fractal Sounds grade granular synthesis techniques. We even created new granular sources for Cloudlands.
In this pack you will find floating granular atmospheres, shiny textures, sparkly synthscapes and much more.

Retro DNA, modern power.
We live in an incredible era of electronic music production. Software synths keep getting better and offering users tons of ways to get creative. As synth lovers, we saw an opportunity to bring the roots of legendary vintage synths into Pigments 4.
In order to bring fat and realistic vintage synth presets, we used The Prophecy Wavetables as foundations of the pack. This means that all the presets of this bank are sourcing the waveforms of legendary vintage synths.
Liquid Synths is a collection of analog style synth presets. Many modern genres of electronic music still utilise the classic synths textures and put them up front in the production aesthetics.
Expect some rich, warm and textured synths.

Vapor Voices for Pigments could be viewed as a sequel to Shamanic Voices even though it’s a completely different universe.
For this preset pack, we sourced Zoe Sol’s voice. She’s initially trained for opera, but unleashes a wide variety of vocal power for you in this pack.
We integrated her voice meticulously within Pigment’s granular synthesis engine.
The result is lush, deep and vaporous vocal soundscapes.

We felt we needed to use all of Pigments potential. In order to do so, we collaborated with a brilliant vocalist who’s most known as Swa Swally.
You would ask ‘‘Why are these presets Shamanic? Am I going to accidentally open a portal inside my studio?’’
Don’t worry, you won’t turn your studio into a spiritual highway that connects to the spirit world...
But if you’ve ever seen Swa Swally perform, no explanation would be needed about the ‘‘Shamanic’’ aspect of these sounds. Swa takes the vocal performance to a mystic level and we worked hard to capture that into an incredible preset bank.
We are more than proud to present this bank which we humbly think is a unique take on Pigments granular potential.
Although most of the presets use Swa Swally’s voice, we added some FX, atmospheres and instruments in the lot to make sure you get all tools needed to inject a unique flavor in your music.

The Fusion Activates Again
We are back with the second volume of Psytrance Fusion. You could say it took us a while to come up with a second volume, but we wanted to make sure the second edition of this series would surpass the first one.
Psytrance Fusion was the all time second preset pack that we’ve made. It has become an iconic sound bank when it comes to the Fractal Sounds style and approach to sound design.
The bar was high for the second edition, but we came up with an incredibly solid sequel. Like many of our products, Psytrance Fusion 2 has been made using sound sources available only from our catalog.
Inside this sound bank, you will find wavetables from Quantum Fold, Acid Splash and The Prophecy. Only our cutting edge sound prints have been used to generate mind melting presets. We also used some of the Mycological Granular Sources which are unique on the market and the results generated using these sources will make you question what you assumed that Pigments was capable of.
Another thing we aimed for, was to get a perfect balance between faster styles of psytrance and a more progressive approach. This sound bank perfectly walks the edge between all genres of psychedelic dance music.
